my husband and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it’s always clean, they clean it all the time, good staff, it’s beautiful cozy, you can swim in the pool, sit around the pool with friends in the evening, drink beer drinks, eat, there we met good people who also rested and became friends with us
My experience was better than other Hotels in tijuana. The food is delicious. The pool is clean Is not expensive The location is the best.
I was able to get my room before check in time. Everyone was polite, minus one of the security guards during the evening. The pool water was warm, the room was very clean and they also helped out with our bags to the room even thought we didn't have a lot. It was near by everything. I will definitely be staying here again when I go back. Thank you to all the staff!
It's a nice plece, cheap and comfortable. The main problem are the rooms behind the pool. It's noise a lot. Room service is graet and personal is kind. Location is excellent if you want to go to the casino and th xolos stadium.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, the pool is so nice. I didn't try the restaurant, but my friends did and the good looked amazing. 4/5 stars only because the beds were really stiff & leaning on uncomfortable. 100% I would stay here again, though!

This is a really nice hotel. The complaints seem to be from people expecting it to line up with American standards. One should expect slight differences. It's a little far from the main part of the city, but that's a good thing as you're away from the chaos and in a generally safe area. And getting anywhere in Tijuana by Uber is less than $10. The rooms were really nice, and yes they have concrete/tiles in the rooms rather than carpeting. The beds are harder than normal, but still comfortable. The weird thing is the beds don't have skirts so the 'small' sheets will move around. But I am seeing that mentioned in other hotel reviews. It must be a thing that's not common in Mexico. They have a lot of staff on-site, including a small gift shop/convenience store. All that to say, it's a 4 star hotel with differences you should expect because you're in Mexico.
